I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were bright, clean, and creatively arranged, with a very friendly staff who were always there to help. The location was perfect for exploring the vibrant Old Quarter of Hanoi, although the dining options were a bit repetitive after a few days. Overall, a fantastic experience for the value, but some improvements in dining variety would make it even better.

I had a great stay at Emerald Waters Hotel! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the lake and surrounded by cafes and local eateries.
